AI Swiss Group klg is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Policy.
1. About SayHere
SayHere is an AI-powered service designed to help adults talk through personal situations, relationships, communication, loneliness, difficult feelings and recurring thoughts.
You can describe a situation in your own words and use AI-assisted conversation to reflect on what happened, distinguish facts from assumptions, understand your own perspective and consider possible next steps.
SayHere uses artificial intelligence. The AI is not a human being, therapist, doctor, lawyer or crisis professional, and AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.
SayHere is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
2. What personal data we collect
We try to collect only the information needed to provide and protect the service.
Depending on how you use SayHere, we may process:
Account information
- email address;
- internal account identifier;
- authentication and session information;
- language and product preferences;
- confirmation that you meet the 18+ age requirement.
Information you choose to share
- Situations you describe;
- messages you send to the AI;
- thoughts, feelings, events and relationship context;
- information contained in screenshots or other content you choose to upload;
- questions, reflections and message drafts.
AI-generated content
- AI replies;
- summaries;
- reflections and analysis;
- suggested next steps;
- message drafts and similar outputs requested by you.
Privacy and consent information
- consent status;
- consent version;
- dates on which consent was given or withdrawn;
- privacy preferences.
Technical and security information
- timestamps;
- request and session identifiers;
- browser or device information;
- error and security events;
- rate-limit and usage information;
- information required to prevent abuse and maintain the service.
Analytics information
If you consent to non-essential analytics, we may collect limited information about how the website is used, such as page views and product interactions.
We do not intentionally send the text of private Situations, private messages, screenshots or AI replies to analytics services.
3. Sensitive personal information
SayHere is designed for personal conversations. What you choose to write may therefore contain highly sensitive information.
For example, your messages may reveal information about:
- physical or mental health;
- sex life or sexual orientation;
- racial or ethnic origin;
- religious or philosophical beliefs;
- political opinions;
- other aspects of your private life.
You are not required to provide this information, and we encourage you to share only what is relevant to the conversation.
Where required, SayHere asks for separate explicit consent before AI processing of content that may contain sensitive or special-category personal data.
For users protected by the GDPR, where Article 9 applies, this processing is based on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a).
Opening SayHere or creating an account by itself is not treated as consent to process sensitive personal information through AI.
4. Why we use personal data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
Providing SayHere
We use account information and the content you submit to provide the service you request, including saving Situations, generating AI responses and making your information available to you.
Where the GDPR applies, this processing is generally necessary to perform our service agreement with you or to take steps at your request.
Sensitive AI processing
Where your content may contain special-category personal data, we rely on your separate explicit consent where required by law.
Security and abuse prevention
We process limited technical and security information to protect accounts, prevent abuse, enforce limits and maintain the reliability of SayHere.
Where the GDPR applies, this processing may be based on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service.
Analytics
Non-essential analytics are used only after the required consent has been obtained.
Legal obligations
We may process limited information where necessary to comply with applicable law or a binding legal requirement.
5. How AI processing works
When you send a message to an AI feature, SayHere may send the AI provider the information necessary to respond to your request.
This may include:
- your current message;
- relevant information from the Situation;
- relevant earlier conversation context;
- instructions required for the selected SayHere function;
- safety instructions.
We aim to use only the context reasonably necessary for the requested function.
SayHere currently uses the Anthropic API to generate AI responses.
Anthropic states that inputs and outputs from its commercial products, including its API, are not used to train its models by default.
Under Anthropic's standard commercial API retention policy, API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted from its backend within approximately 30 days, subject to exceptions such as legal obligations, enforcement of its usage policies or different contractual arrangements.
SayHere does not use Anthropic as the permanent storage location for your saved Situations.
AI-generated information can be wrong and should not be treated as a verified statement about another person's thoughts, motives or intentions.
6. Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate SayHere.
At the date of this Policy, these include:
Vercel — hosting and delivery of the SayHere application and server functions.
Supabase — database, authentication and private file storage.
Anthropic — AI processing and generation of AI responses.
Resend — authentication and transactional email delivery.
Google Analytics — optional analytics, used only where the required analytics consent has been provided.
These providers process information only in connection with the services they provide to us, subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use the content of your private SayHere conversations to create advertising profiles.
7. International data processing
AI Swiss Group klg is established in Switzerland.
Some of the service providers used by SayHere are located in, or process information in, the United States. Their approved subprocessors may also operate in other countries.
As a result, personal data may be processed outside Switzerland and, where applicable, outside the European Economic Area.
Where required by applicable law, international transfers are handled using recognized legal safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, recognized data-protection frameworks, contractual safeguards or standard contractual clauses.
The primary production database currently used by SayHere is hosted in Northern Virginia, United States.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it is processed, unless a longer period is required for legal, security or compliance purposes.
Saved Situations and conversations
Saved Situation content is generally retained until you delete it or delete your account.
Account information
Account information is generally retained while your account remains active.
When you delete your account, we delete or schedule deletion of account-linked private content and account information unless limited information must be retained for a legitimate legal or security reason.
Temporary information
Temporary uploads and processing files are intended to be removed after they are no longer required for the requested function and are subject to automated cleanup.
AI provider
Where Anthropic's standard commercial API retention applies, API inputs and outputs are normally deleted from Anthropic's backend within approximately 30 days, subject to its stated exceptions.
Analytics
Where Google Analytics is enabled with your consent, SayHere's current retention setting for relevant user-level and event-level analytics data is 14 months.
Technical and compliance records
Limited non-content information may be retained for longer where necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, demonstrating consent or establishing and defending legal claims.
After deletion from active systems, limited residual copies may temporarily remain in protected infrastructure or provider backups until those copies are overwritten or expire according to the relevant provider's lifecycle.
9. Deleting and exporting your data
Your ability to access or delete your personal data does not depend on whether you have a paid subscription.
Depending on the available SayHere features, you may:
- view your saved Situations;
- delete individual Situations;
- download an available Situation PDF;
- obtain an account-level export;
- delete your account;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
When you permanently delete a Situation, we remove it from active SayHere systems and delete or schedule deletion of associated private content.
We do not claim that every technical copy disappears from every system at exactly the same moment. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in protected infrastructure or provider systems until their normal deletion cycles expire.
10. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
If you withdraw the separate consent required for sensitive AI processing:
- SayHere stops new AI processing that depends on that consent;
- covered saved conversation content is deleted or scheduled for deletion according to the SayHere deletion process;
- previously deleted content is not restored if you later provide consent again.
If you want to keep a copy of your information, use the available export functions before withdrawing this consent.
11. Cookies and analytics
SayHere may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for:
- authentication;
- session management;
- security;
- privacy preferences;
- operation of the service.
Essential technologies may operate without optional analytics consent where permitted by law.
Google Analytics is treated as non-essential analytics and is intended to operate only after the appropriate consent has been provided.
We do not intentionally place private conversation text, screenshots or AI responses into analytics events or analytics URLs.
12. Human access and security
Private SayHere conversations are not routinely read by humans.
Limited human access may occur where reasonably necessary, for example:
- if you specifically request support that requires access;
- to investigate a security incident or serious misuse;
- to comply with a binding legal requirement;
- to protect the rights or safety of users or the service.
Any such access should be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including authentication and access controls, encrypted connections, managed storage protections and restrictions on unnecessary logging of private content.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We therefore do not claim that SayHere is “100% secure,” “completely anonymous” or impossible for anyone to access under every circumstance.
13. Information about other people
Your Situation may involve a partner, friend, family member or another person.
Please avoid including unnecessary identifying information about other people.
Where possible, do not include information such as:
- full names;
- addresses;
- identification numbers;
- financial information;
- unrelated private details.
SayHere processes information about other people only as part of the Situation you choose to discuss. We do not use that information to create independent profiles of those people or to contact them.
If you believe personal information about you has been provided to SayHere by another user and you have a legitimate privacy request, you may contact us at info@aiswissgroup.ch.
14. Automated processing
Artificial intelligence automatically generates responses and other SayHere outputs.
SayHere does not use its AI features to make legally binding or similarly significant automated decisions about you, such as decisions about employment, insurance, credit, medical eligibility or access to public services.
You remain responsible for decisions you make in your own life.
15. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights including the right to:
- request access to personal data concerning you;
- correct inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion;
- restrict certain processing;
- receive eligible data in a portable electronic format;
- object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis;
- complain to a competent data-protection authority.
If the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies, you also have the rights provided under that law, including rights relating to information, correction and, where applicable, data portability.
If the GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority in the EU or EEA country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
In Switzerland, the competent federal authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
To exercise a privacy right, contact:
info@aiswissgroup.ch
We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting information where this is reasonably necessary to protect your account and other users.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when SayHere changes, when we change service providers or when legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on SayHere with an updated effective or revision date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
A change to this Privacy Policy does not replace fresh consent where the law requires new consent.
